We specialize in designing and building custom residential concrete skate parks. We can work with whatever spacing and layout limitations you might have. After a brief backyard consultation, we will design/build the heights, transitions, etc. to your liking.
How do concrete skate parks compare to wood/masonite ramps?
Cost $: Concrete skate parks will most likely cost twice as much as a wood skate park.
Longevity: Although concrete skate parks will almost always cost more wood/masonite, they will certainly stand the test of time. Wood and sheets of masonite will bow, bend, warp, kink, and buckle over time. Concrete stays true to its form forever.
Noise: Concrete skate parks are much quieter than wood. Your neighbors will thank you.
Aesthetics: Concrete can be formed, poured, and finished in very unique and artistic ways. We can design your backyard skate park to have more of an urban artwork feel to it. Wood… not so much.
Safety: Ummm, yes. Concrete is harder than wood. Wear a helmet and pads regardless of what you are skating on.
